Based at the Kootenay Columbia Learning Centre, Take a Hike West Kootenay operates in partnership with School District 20 (Kootenay-Columbia) since 2013.

Today, five grade 12 graduates from the Take a Hike West Kootenay program crossed the stage and officially became the class of 2015! This marks the end of the second year of operation in the West Kootenays, where clearly, the program is thriving.
