Event details



Sunday March 9 2008
Location: Mount Seymour- Map
Arrival time: 9:15am-9:30am
   Note: schedule is different from last year. All groups arrive at the same time
Event duration: 9:30am until approx 12-12:30pm - see schedule    
Guided snowshoe hikes, divided into 5 groups:

     - 4km route with a fast and slower-paced group
     - 8km route with a fast and slower-paced group
     - 9km running group (with walking breaks)

All ages, all levels are welcome

Please bring hiking boots, warm/layered clothing, and water

        

Cost


$45 minimum donation for adults

$20 for children/youth under 16 (family of four? second child is free!)

Cost includes Snowshoe rental, Mount Seymour trail pass, guided hike, BBQ lunch, snacks, drinks, snow cave demo, prize give-away, outdoor education.

To have a greater impact, ask people to support your hike by donation.  If you raise over $200, your registration is free! See donation page for more  information and tips on how to pledge.
