Curious, adventurous, and innovative, Sophie has an enthusiasm for doing the right thing and making a positive change in the world. As the Development Coordinator, Sophie is responsible for processing all donations for Take a Hike and administering donor engagement activities.
While pursuing her education in Montreal, she developed a keen interest in the non-profit sector, particularly in working for the youth in our community. Sophie's journey eventually led her to Take a Hike. Now, Sophie's all about that data-driven life, using numbers to inform and shape strategic decisions.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys playing soccer, spending time in nature, and learning new things. If she could be anywhere this very second it would be Tofino, BC enjoying some surf. Ask Sophie about her woman’s league weekly soccer game – careful she can get a little competitive.
